Hebrew 11:6 - Without faith, it's impossible to please God

" Straight up Crazzzyyy Awesome huh?? "
I picked this picture to represent ( Faith ) because that's basically what it's like....propelling yourself into the unknown all the while being ( sure ) of what you ( hope ) for ....and ( certain ) of what you do not see... - Hebrews 11:1 -
A Perfect example of Faith would be the Faith of Abraham...
If your not familiar with the story..Abraham: the father of the jewish nation..and his wife Sarah were old in age...and baren in body...Sarah desired a baby more than anything else...yet no baby..the bible tells us her womb was dead...During the time of want the Lord came to Abraham and promised him a child and that through his offspring God would make him the Father of  many nations..So what happens?? Sarah lacking in Faith jumps the gun ...see's her situation for what it ( looks like )..realistically impossible... and say's " Hay Abraham go sleep with my servant Hagar maybe thats how God's promise is going to come about " bing bing.....9 months later Hagar gives birth to Ishmael..God says " people..people...no no no...I told ( You ) I was going to give ( you ) a son through sarahs womb and he will be named Issac ..bing bing...a few years later...Issac was born...to an old woman with a dead womb...praise God..!!

....Romans 5: 13- tells us this....

It was ( not ) through ( LAW ) that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by ( FAITH ). For if those who live by the ( LAW ) are heirs, ( FAITH ) has no value and the promise is worthless, because ( LAW ) brings ( WRATH ). And where their is no ( LAW ) their is no trangression. Theirfore ( The Promise ) comes by ( FAITH ) so that it may be by ( GRACE ) and may be guaranteed to all Abrahams offspring - not only to those who are of the law but also to those who are of the ( FAITH of Abraham ). He is the father of us all. As it is written: " I have made you a father of many nations."
He is our Father in the sight of God, in whom he believed - the GOD who gives life to the dead and calls the things that are not as though they were.
Against all hope Abraham in ( HOPE ) ( BELIEVED ) and so ( BECAME ) the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, " So shall your offspring be. "
Without weakening in his ( FAITH ), he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead - since he was about a hundred years old - and that Sarah's womb was also dead. Yet he did ( Not ) waiver through unbelief regarding the ( PROMISE OF GOD ), but was ( STRENGTHENED ) in his ( FAITH ) and gave glory to ( GOD , being ( fully ) ( Persuaded ) that GOd had power to do what he had promised. This is why it was credited to him as ( RIGHTEOUSNESS )." The Words " it was credited to him" were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness - for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our

AND WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD, BECAUSE ANYONE WHO COMES TO HIM, MUST BELIEVE THAT HE EXISTS, AND THAT HE REWARDS THOSE WHO EARNESTLY SEEK HIM. - ( HEBREWS 11:6 )

" God's Heart " .. " Your Home "..

"Imagine yourself as a living house. God comes in to rebuild that house. At first, perhaps, you can understand what He is doing. He is getting the drains right and stopping the leaks in the roof and so on; you knew that those jobs needed doing and so you are not surprised. But presently He starts knocking the house about in a way that hurts abominably and does not seem to make any sense. What on earth is He up to? The explanation is that He is building quite a different house from the one you thought of - throwing out a new wing here, putting on an extra floor there, running up towers, making courtyards. You thought you were being made into a decent little cottage: but He is building a palace. He intends to come and live in it Himself."
— C.S. Lewis (Mere Christianity)

Often times when we come to the Lord.. ( ask him to come live in our heart ) we expect this BaDABOOM..miraculous transformation to immediately take place. In some this may be true... but for most... transformation is a steady process that continues to grow and progress over time...The minute we say yes to God he opens the rusty door of our heart and enters into a house full of past hurts...brokenness....fears...sin's from our past our present and insulating it for our future....Immediately he begins to clean the cob webs from the ceiling , the secrets weve swept under the carpet , he opens the curtains of our heart and for the first time exspose's light onto the dark corners of our heart ...
During the cleaning process we have to take into account all the dirt that will be exsposed...You may begin to feel a mixture of random feelings and emotions...In any case... hold fast...theirs guna be alot of old dirt being stirred up on the inside of you so God can sweep that stuff clean....But overtime you will begin to feel that broken down structure begin to be strengthened and renewed...You'll begin to feel a softening in your heart towards the things of God, a love and compassion in your heart for people you may have never felt before...He takes the sin's of your past all your wrongs and makes them right, he takes your ashes, the rubble from your past and gives you something beautiful in return....
And later down the road of life when you find yourself hitting those crazzy road blocks...Firey Pits...or Arrows being shot from the left and right from the enemy ..
God is a God of Love and Mercy, his hearts desire is to have a close one on one intimate Love relationship with you and I and how beautiful is it that the God of the Universe would go so far as to make our heart his home to be so close to us....
